A public hearing was held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 6:00p.m. at the Barnes and Sawyer Rooms of the Deschutes Services Center, 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend.

At the close of the hearing an open record period was established as follows. 

New evidence and testimony: Tuesday, April 16 at 4:00pm
Rebuttal (no new evidence): Tuesday, April 23 at 4:00pm
Final legal argument (applicant only): Friday, April 26 at 4:00pm

No further public comments will be accepted at this time.

Decision

On May 22, 2024, notice of the Hearings Officer's Decision was mailed to neighbors within the notice radius as well as all other parties that participated. A copy of the decision can be found in the document section below. There is an opportunity to appeal the decision to the Board of County Commissioners, which must be received by 4:00pm on Monday, June 3, 2024.
