Request for Proposal for
Mike Maier Services Building Roof Replacement Project

Deschutes County (hereinafter referred to as "Owner'') will receive bids for a Removal and Replacement roof project at the Mike Maier Services Building at 1130 NW Harriman Street in Bend, Oregon. 

Scope of Work: The work includes removal of the existing single-ply roof system components, on the defined roof areas, down to the structural deck and cleaning, and preparation of the wood deck/substrate for installation of the new roof assembly. Over the prepared substrate new vapor retarder, insulation, HD cover board, 80-mil TPO fully adhered membrane system, new pre-painted standing seam perimeter metal, and all incidentals shall be installed as specified and meeting both the specifications and specified manufacturer's requirements for the required manufacturer's 20-yr warranty and contractor workmanship guarantee.
