Legal Notice of Public Hearing

A public hearing will be held by Deschutes County on Wednesday, September 27th, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of recommended fees and charges for providing services within the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office.  Fees and charges are reviewed and considered on the basis of the actual cost of providing services.  All interested parties may appear and be heard at the hearing.

Copies of the proposed fee amendments may be inspected at the office of the Board of Commissioners, 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 noon, and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Please contact Daniel Emerson, Budget Manager, at 541-388-6538 with questions.
