NOTICE OF DESCHUTES COUNTY BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Deschutes County Budget Committee, Deschutes County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, will be held at the Deschutes Services Center, 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon. The meeting will take place on May 22, 2023, beginning at 8:30 a.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message.  This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  This meeting will be streamed live and will be recorded at www.deschutes.org/meetings.  Citizen input may be provided by attending in person during the public comment portion of the Monday, May 22, 2023 agenda.  Written comment may also be submitted prior to 8:00 am on Monday, May 22, 2023 by submitting an email to citizeninput@deschutes.org, or by leaving a voice message at 541-385-1734. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 18, 2023, at the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners’ Office, 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon, 97703, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The Budget Committee will reconvene the meetings at 9:00 a.m. on May 23, May 24 and May 25.
