Knott Landfill and Recycling Center Closed July 28, 2024

Sunday, July 28, 2024 (All day)Deschutes County Solid Waste is asking the community to help spread the word that Knott Landfill and Recycling Center will be closed for maintenance on Sunday, July 28, 2024.
While Knott Landfill is typically open to the public 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., it will be closed Sunday, July 28, while crews chip seal roads within the facility. We are asking the public to plan accordingly and choose a different day to drop off their waste and recycle items.
Knott Landfill and Recycling Center is located in east Bend at 61050 SE 27th St. Residents can view traffic conditions at the facility on the queue activity cameras if they want to avoid dropping off items during busy times.
