REQUEST FOR BIDS
2020 KNOTT LANDFILL LFG EXTRACTION WELL PROJECT
Deschutes County Department of Solid Waste is soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment for the drilling and installation of six landfill gas (LFG) extraction wells at Knott Landfill, 61050 SE 27th Street, Bend, Oregon. In general, the services include:
- Drilling of 24” boreholes to specified depths.
- Installation of solid and slotted well casing and specific borehole backfill materials.
The Request for Bids may be obtained or examined at the Deschutes County Department of Solid Waste offices at the address listed below or viewed at https://www.deschutes.org/rfps.
Bids must be submitted on forms included in the Request for Bids and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the Deschutes County Solid Waste Department, 61050 S.E. 27th Street, Bend, Oregon 97702. Proposals should be addressed to Chad Centola, Operations Manager. Bids may be submitted in person, by mail, e-mail, or by facsimile and must be received by the Solid Waste Department by the due date and time specified above.
