Last day to Mail Ballots, Tuesday, Nov. 1

Tuesday, Nov. 1, is the last day recommended by the United States Postal Services to mail ballots back for the General Election. Ballots must be received by 8 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 8.

If not mailed by Tuesday, Nov. 1, and to ensure ballots are received by the deadline, ballots should be delivered to an official ballot drop site. A drop site location listing is available online at Deschutes.org/clerk/. Please note, Bend has two new drive-by drop sites locations opening Wednesday, Nov. 2.

Oregon voters can drop their ballot at any official county drop site in Oregon and their ballot will be forwarded to their county election’s office. Postmarks do not count.
