News Release - Powell Butte Hwy Open to Through Traffic Starting Sunday 

Starting Sunday, June 26th, Powell Butte Highway will be open to through traffic through the roundabout construction zone.  Both Neff Road and Alfalfa Market Road will remain closed during the construction of the roundabout.  Drivers are urged to use caution and obey work zone speed limits on Powell Butte Highway as they are still within the construction zone and fines are doubled in work zones.  Detour routes are signed for both Neff Road and Alfalfa Market Road.
