News Release - Reminder on Deadlines for Nov. 8 General Election

August 19 is the last day for a county or city governing body to give notice of measure election.

August 30 is the last day for local candidates to file.

September 1 is the last day for candidates who file candidacy with county clerk to file candidate statement for inclusion in county voters’ pamphlet.

September 8 is the last day for local district governing body to give notice of measure election.

September 12 is the last day to file measure arguments and the last day for candidates who file candidacy with governing body other than county clerk, to file candidate statement l for inclusion in county voters’ pamphlet.
