Chip sealing planned on roads in Deschutes River Woods

The Deschutes County Road Department will be chip sealing roads in Deschutes River Woods beginning Tuesday, July 16. Work will continue through Tuesday, July 23. Chip seal operations will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

A pilot car will guide traffic through the work zone. Drivers should expect delays and seek alternate routes if possible.

Roads being chip sealed are: Choctaw Rd, Pima Rd, Zuni Rd, Baker Rd, Opal Ln, Turquoise Rd, Obsidian Rd, Crater Rd, Agate Rd, Kiowa Rd, Minnetonka Ln, Apache Rd, Riverwoods Dr, Galen Rd, Shoshone Rd, Pumice Butte, Ute Ln, Manzanita Ln, Pocahontas Ln, Cinder Butte Rd and Brookswood Blvd.
