Construction Specifications

Construction performed in the right-of-way of public roads under Deschutes County jurisdiction shall meet the requirements of Deschutes County Code Title 17.48, the current version of the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction (OSSC) and applicable Oregon Standard Drawings.
