Formula Fund and FTA Section 5310 Subrecipient Provider Applications for the 2025-2027 Biennium

Thank you for your interest in applying for Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) formula funds, administered through the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).

Completed STIF Formula Fund Subrecipient Provider Applications must be submitted to Deschutes County by 5 p.m. on September 30, 2024. Applications must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and using the online form available on the ODOT’s website at https://www.cognitoforms.com/odot2/subrecipientprojectapplication202527/

Before completing your STIF Subrecipient Project Application, please review the STIF Formula Fund Guidebook. Project applicants must be able to demonstrate the organizational, financial and managerial capacity to administer a grant in accordance with state and local laws, regulations and requirements.
