Deschutes County Employee Benefit Plan - Health Insurance

Deschutes County offers eligible employees a comprehensive health plan that covers medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their eligible dependents at a minimal cost.  You will not be excluded from the health plan offered by the County because of pre-existing conditions.

Coverage becomes effective the first of the month following 1 month of employment, subject to adjustment for unpaid leaves during 1 month waiting period.  All benefit eligible full-time employees of Deschutes County and COIC can enroll in the Standard Health Plan.  The High Deductible Health Plan is available for all benefit eligible part-time employees of Deschutes County and COIC.
