Transportation Safety Action Plan

The Deschutes County Transportation Safety Action Plan (TSAP) provides a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to transportation safety in Deschutes County.  The TSAP evaluates crash trends and issues based on current data and identifies a broad range of treatments including projects, policies, and programs, to address identified issues, focusing on the rural areas of the County and the cities of La Pine, Redmond, and Sister area outside the Bend Urban Growth Boundary.
