Processing Times for Permits
Queue Times as of 10/21/2024
Tips & Takeaways
- How are Review Times Calculated?
- The Review times are calculated off of a complete application to include all required documents, not when the application was submitted.
- To expedite this process, ensure that every document is submitted at time of application, visit the Application Guide webpage to verify which documents need to be uploaded when you apply online on Oregon ePermitting.
- Onsite/Septic or Building Applications:
- Complete Application: This means that all necessary documents and information are present and the review process may commence.
- Incomplete Application: This means additional materials or information is required. An email will be sent outlining the missing information needed and your application will be considered incomplete and withdrawn.
- Email Correspondence:
- The Applicant that applied for the permit online will receive communications from staff if there is missing information, be on the lookout for these emails.
- Queue Times May Vary:
- The queue times can vary based on the volume of permits we receive, the size/complexity of the project and the time the applicant takes to respond to plan review comments.
