A second hearing before the Board of County Commissioners was held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. The Board closed the hearing and the record and moved to deliberations after. A first reading of draft ordinance 2024-001 was held on January 17, 2024. A second reading was held on January 31, 2024. The Ordinance becomes effective on April 30, 2024.
