Child, Family, & Young Adult Outpatient (CFYA)

CFYA is an outpatient treatment program within Deschutes County Behavioral Health (DCBH) that specializes in the care and treatment for children through young adults. Our therapists have specialty training in therapy models for young individuals and are creative with a variety of approaches to engage the family.
What Services does CFYA Offer?
Based on the individual needs, the treatment plan could include any of the following services:
- Individual Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Groups
- Skills Building
- Outreach and Education
- Psychiatric Evaluation/Medication Management
- Case Management
- Peer Support Network
- Substance Use Treatment
- Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT)
- Generation Parent Management Training Oregon (Gen-PMTO)

Who can access CFYA services?
Residents of Deschutes County that meet medical necessity for therapy interventions.
How much does it cost to participate in services?
DCBH will bill Oregon Health Plan or private insurance if available. A sliding scale is available based on the Federal Poverty Level.
How do I start?
No referral needed! An individual or their caregiver can call to start services. Please call (541) 322-7500 to set up an appointment with an Access Clinician.
