Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for ages 5+ at LaPine Senior Center

Deschutes County Health Services will be hosting a Flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinic that we will be held at LaPine Senior Center. It is open to anyone 5 and older. 

• When: Monday, December 4th : 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.                          
• Location: 16450 Victory Way, La Pine 
• Eligibility: 

• Pediatric COVID-19 & flu* doses available to ages 6m through 18 years**
• Adult flu* and COVID-19 doses available to ages 19 and older
• High dose flu available to ages 65 and older with Insurance/Medicare

                                                       **6 month to 14 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
