There is currently a high demand for flu vaccines and low supply in the community. Hospital bed capacity is decreasing, especially for pediatric aged patients due to respiratory illnesses such as the flu, Covid-19 and RSV. In anticipation of another potential surge of flu cases in February the best way to protect yourself and community is to get a flu shot if you have not yet this season.
When: Tuesday, January 10, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: Deschutes County Health Services (Inside Courtney Building), 2577 NE Courtney Drive, Bend Oregon 97701
Vaccine Type: Regular strength flu vaccine is for anyone older than 6 months.
*High dose flu vaccine recommended for people 65+ will not be available at this time.
Eligibility: Open to anyone 6 months or older. Anyone 14 year old or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
