REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 
Development of COVID-19 Vaccine Outreach

Deschutes County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Deschutes County Health Services Department, consisting of Public Health and Behavioral Health Divisions (DCHS), is releasing this competitive solicitation to secure up to three (3) contractors for the development of outreach and media content and community empowerment and engagement solutions regarding COVID-19 vaccine confidence and general safety recommendations, risk perception, and healthy behaviors. Media content should be targeted to Deschutes County residents, respondents are encouraged to include messaging plans for young adults, rural residents, and culturally relevant, linguistically appropriate information for the Latino population. Respondents may choose to submit a proposal for one or more of the key demographics.
