Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB):
This program serves individuals under the jurisdiction of the State PSRB. Individuals receive monitoring specific to the conditions of their community release as well as treatment, case management and other services as indicated.
Eligibility: Individuals are referred by the Psychiatric Security Review Board.
Aid & Assist:
This program serves individuals who have been found unable to aid and assist in their own defense against criminal charges as a result of their mental illness. Individuals receive treatment, skills training, case management and resource coordination, and monitoring in order to restore their ability to participate in the legal process.
Eligibility: Individuals are ordered by the Deschutes County Circuit Court
Mental Health Court:
This program is a diversion program that treats individuals with mental illness who have committed crimes, by reducing or dismissing their charges if they complete specific requirements. Individuals receive treatment, monitoring, medication management, case management and resource coordination and attend regular court hearings for follow up.
Eligibility: Individuals are referred to this program by their defense attorney.
