The property owner requests a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review for a winery as a commercial activity in conjunction with farm use in the Multiple Use Agricultural Zone (MUA10).
The applicant, City of Redmond, has applied for a Text Amendment to the Airport Safety (AS) Combining Zone (DCC 18.80.030) to update the Runway and Approach information and a corresponding update amending the AS map to reflect the new zoning boundaries for imaginary surfaces and the new 55 DNL (Average Day-Night Sound Level) noise contour boundaries.
Deschutes County is proposing to amend the Tumalo Community Plan (TCP) to reflect a 20-year period from 2020-2040. The TCP will provide a guide for development, capital improvements, and land use planning specific to the area within and surrounding the Tumalo Unincorporated Community.
The applicant requests approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the designation of the properties from Agricultural (AG) to Rural Industrial (RI) and a corresponding Zone Change to rezone the properties from Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) to Rural Industrial (RI).
The property owner is requesting three Conditional Use Permits and Surface Mine Impact Area Review to establish a non-farm dwelling on each property. The subject property is zoned Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) and contains the Surface Mine Impact Area (SMIA) and Wildlife Area (WA) Combining Zone. Each property is currently undeveloped.
A land use proposal to establish a psilocybin service center within the Juniper Preserve Destination Resort.
The applicant requests approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the designation of the subject property from Agricultural (AG) to Rural Residential Exception Area (RREA). The applicant also requests a corresponding Zone Change to rezone the subject property from Exclusive Farm Use – Terrebonne subzone (EFU-TE) to Rural Residential (RR-10).
